Sonia is an accomplished author of New Adult, Young Adult, and Middle Grade fiction, as well as a professional freelance writer. She is a member of several writing groups, including the Lehigh Valley International Writer’s Symposium and ‘Generations Read Together.’

Sonia holds a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from Hull University and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting. Her writing journey began in 1988 when she joined the airlines, inspired by the diverse cultures and landscapes she encountered. Over ten years, she wrote articles and stories about her global travels and developed a keen eye for photography.

She has authored numerous articles on travel, parenting, fitness, health, and e-commerce. Her first adventure novel for children, ‘The Secret of Whistling Willow,’ is complete, and she is working on a collection of short stories and a new Young Adult novel, ‘On the Wings of Music.’

Now teaching English in France, Sonia enjoys working with children and teenagers. She encourages her own children to follow their passions and persevere in their chosen careers.
